Cassava is a great plant to have around in times like this, where uncertainty is all over the place

It grows in several types of weather, it's tasty, it grows quickly, pest resistant and you need only water to prepare it if needed

You can eat the leaves and the roots

If you cut the stem in an angle and stick it in humid soil, it becomes another plant

I looked it up. We do have it we use it for a desert. But its not popular now days.
