You mix in egg binders and other shit in your mince before you fashion a patty and cook them. It's so wrong... like pineapple on pizza.

Only minced beef and a bit of salt and black pepper. Other ingredients go on or under the burger, not in the patty. If you dilute the beef or lamb, it is a meatloaf burger....no longer a hamburger.
