That's not good. You need people in rl, too. I have some really good rl friends. I always have had, but I think that's because I am not a small talk, surface person. sigh.. I hope not :'( I do believe that Maxis was responsible for many of mine being removed.. Just too coincidental that there was a lot of fighting at the time. But the others? Nah.. I don't think they'd do that.. Could be wrong, dunno? I'm talking most of my gore photos are gone.. Almost all of my photoshops are gone in the hijinks thread and Blazor's too. Just unbelievable how many images are missing from various users :'(

I seriously doubt any one person was responsible for this, Raven (whether a member here or not). I didn't know Maxis from a hole in the wall and yet my own Imgur account was shut down as well.

I think the brave folks running many of these image hosting services are just buckling under the current social pressure to offend the least number of people possible. They're cleaning up their act and, in the process, they're cleaning up ours, too.

I'm not one to believe in such panic button issues as "cancel culture" but it certainly looks as though there's some evidence for its existence.

I understand what you are saying... BUT... I did receive many of these DMCA reports daily for about 2 weeks when shit was going down here (fighting) I don't believe ALL my images were reported ...but these notices included a thumbnail.. (see in the top left corner) Just a silly little shop of the guy's avatar LOL.. SOOOOooo.. One of the users here reported images... Don't know what one, but def some butthurt mother fucker :)

If you read up this thread a few pages back where Blazor was discussing all the images a bunch of us were losing at the time.. there is no doubt that it was that little twit Maxis and perhaps one of his companions here.. who I will not name.. because he still post here...Luckily I didn't suffer as much as Blazor did.. He was reported so many times he was IP banned and lost ALL of his images, including shops he did at other sites :( Funny .. after Maxis was banned.. This kind of shit didn't happen anymore... Hmmm?
