Just like today, I went to the mall to buy something and when I was walking thru the parking lot I spotted a guy that looked suspicious to me, between two cars. I moved to the other side and kept walking while peeking back a couple times.

One time I was leaving the lake, it was only me at that spot and I heard a motorcycle. I just turned around and put my hand behind, like I has holding something. It was two dudes, they stopped but simply asked me if that path would lead them to the highway. I looked confident and calm the whole time, so if they were trying to do something, my whole act dissuaded them. Criminals almost always carry shitty weapons here and ammo is not easy to get, so most have no intimacy with guns, so they think twice

It's not uncommon for them to try robbing someone who's police and ending up like sieves.

Same deal in South Africa. Brazil currently has nearly 30 murders a day on average, whereas South Africa has 34. In the 80’s during political unrest the murder rate was nearly 1 every minute. Crying shame.
