My grandma used to live in a city called Marataizes in Espirito Santo state here in Brazoo. That was in the early 90's and the lady who owned the home tried to sell it to my grandma for really cheap, instead of renting it. My grandma wanted to close the deal, but my uncles and aunts said no

Yeah. I have friends who had beacj front propert on an island off the East coast of the US. They were going to build a house on it, but sold it when they found out the shoreline was disappearing.

If you go within 10 miles of Marataizes, you'll find cities that still have the same amount of sandy beaches as they did 50 years ago
