A year ago I had 20/20 vision so it's a lot to deal with

One of my High school buddies injured his eyes in a car wreck, he has a big hole in the vision of one of his eyes, it drove him crazy at first....but over time his brain was able to filter that out so now he sees "normal"

I have a friend that lost his sight to a rapid onset of advanced macular degeneration

He said it was like a floating black blob in front of what he looked at, blocking everything but around the periiphery

He's legally blind and can only see a little bit on the periphery

but you can't read, write, shit post, use the internet, play video games, drive, watch TV, or see your small Weiner with your peripheral vision
