Ubiquinone is fat-soluble (can dissolve in fats and oils) and is found in fatty fish, beef, soybeans, peanuts, and spinach.
 
50% of my diet is vegetables, I take a multi vitamins, super rb complex, CoQ10, and then the Idebenone, I sit on my ass and do nothing all day,
 
and the vegetables I eat are mixed vegetables but then I get bags of brocolli, frozen spinach, califlower, asparagus, pretty much all that vegetables
 
like a half hour train ride, go to class for a couple hours, see my dog and my old roommate both who I love that live deeper in the city by the college downtown
