My high strung neighbor stopped by to yammer about the other neighbor, which brings us to my grievance, I ended up leaving the last 4 slices of some seriously gourmet thick cut bacon in the oven maybe 2-3 minutes too long taking it a little past the well done crispy stage I like almost into what some people would call burnt. But ultimately it was still tasty bacon!
