Court documents allege franchise owner Turbo Restaurants knew Arby's freezer door was broken and did not fix it, causing the employee's death in Louisiana​

I refuse to eat at Arby's.

I saw a worker sneeze (spray) on the food without covering his mouth.. Also had a couple of coworkers finish their sandwiches and noticed blood on the wrapper. The dude making the sandwiches cut himself and didn't say anything.. Just wrapped them up and they ate them.. They filed a lawsuit and received 500 bucks, but still had to worry about their health. Arbys couldn't/wouldn't make their worker take a blood test to find out if they were at risk for any illness :(
