So last week what I didn’t mention in the big surf was that another friend got smashed in the same big surf in another bay. He copped 15 stitches and lived to tell an embellished tale.
But I’m a bit different. I play metal before I paddle out in massive surf. It gives me the drive to keep me alive. I carry my earphones with me and blast my eardrums out before I jump.
This was my pick of that day to loop in my head... 5 minutes!
