That sounds really good, what would the main spice be? Or is it a combo or really nothing to much

Carrots too.

And just salt and pepper for spices.

The pastry has to be really good. It is key. And the main ingredients have to be top quality and fresh...because you are tasting the main ingredients, not being overwhelmed with spices or condiments.

I am sure you can find a good spot in Toronto. Just ask the UK people around where it is good.

I think it'll be tough getting the pastry just right. You might want to try a restaurant or go to a friend's house who can make them. I have a close friend from Scotland and she makes them.

Pro tip: Add some anchovies if you want to give more of a pizza taste.

They are not a good example there, though. The pastry crust is wrong. It does not get that chewiness that I tried to describe. They are still good as in tasty. But not a good example of the crust.
