BUT THE VOICE WE HEARD ON THE TAPE RECORDER CALLED HIM THAT NAME "JAREBEAR" AND BEKOCNKING HIM TO COME CLOSER TO THE AREA WHERE A GUY KILLED HIS YOUNG CHILD UNDER AN OVERPASS!!!!!
