How does COVID affect people who get it?

Some people in this forum mentioned that they got COVID.

How does it affect you?

Are these permanent to temporary symptoms? If the latter, how long did they last?

And what remedies do they take to address them?

I felt like I had a sinus infection with body aches.

My most annoying symptom was that I could not taste a thing. Nothing. I could have eaten a raw onion and washed it down with lemon juice(which I've seen people do with covid) and not tasted a thing.

That went on for two weeks before my sense of taste and smell started returning.

Than for several months I had asthma attacks.

I'm fine now, though. It DID bring my anxiety roaring back and I get panick attacks more frequently. So I have to work harder to control my anxiety ......but I'm sure that will pass. It always does.
