Spiced is my preferred rum, however, if that isn't available then Bacardi Carta Blanca will do.

I've always been tempted to try Kraken, just so I can say "Release the Kraken!" haha.

I think 90 proof Parrot Bay coconut rum is my favorite. Lil sweet though.

Normally I drink either moonshine or tequila.

I am no stranger to crushed ice/coconut rum with a splash of cola on a hot day.

It's damn good.

Though I've been to some islands with amazing rum, most notable would be Dominican Republic.

I like the art on Sailor Jerry. Never had it though.


I completely forgot about my favorite rum, only had one bottle, but I would go so far as to say it was my favorite liquor of all time. White Lightning, it was Jamaican rum that was brought back from Jamaica from my neighbor. Was strong and super smooth.

Ah, the Caribbean . . . if you get the chance to visit Montego Bay (perhaps you have) then you should try the Appelton Estate rum.

I gave up hard liquor, for the most part.

I have been to Montego Bay, not sure I had that though. Any rum from that region is amazing though.

It's true, hard to go wrong in the West Indies when it comes to weather, food and booze.

I have had to cut back on my hard liquor, I never drank everyday but on the occasions I did drink I slammed copious amounts. No so much nowadays, the following 12 hours became too punishing to be worth it.
