Yes. And it is a direct result of malignant capitalism. Allowing real estate speculators, etc to run rampant. This is not a left/right issue. It is an issue with runaway malignant capitalism, which both sides of the aisle have embraced to a dangerous degree. Note I did not say "capitalism." No he's correct, the same thing happens in Kensington, Philly, where drug laws are either lax or non-existent.
Junkies from all over the place head there and use it as some kind of social gathering, where they can score drugs and inject themselves in the street without being arrested or told to move on.
