You know, if I didn't already have a paid off home and rental properties here it just wouldn't be worth it any more.
So many brain dead drones from SF and LA have abandoned those cities because liberals turned them into hell holes but, like a disease, these brain dead fuckers kept voting blue no matter who and now they voted in a Democrat mayor and city council. SF has the highest rate of car break ins in the enter country. Judge strikes down San Francisco law allowing illegals to vote. Laws, regulations, union favoritism, and endless fees have caused filming in California to crash in recent decades. Newscum is now trying to shame Hollywood into not filming in cheaper red states because of supposed political wrong think. Companies want to make a profit, that is why they exist, and if Newscum wants them to do business in California then they need to reduce costs and regulations to make it economically competitive.

I don't think Dems believe theor own bull shit. They say we need electric cars and battery storage but then pass a new tax on Lithium to make sure none of it is produced in California. They did the same with solar panels, declaring the world would end unless we all spent $30,000 on a home solar system but then change the law to make home solar not pay off for home owners.

California assembly bill 257 is an absolute monstrocity which will raise the cost of restaurant food by a minimum of 20%. It eliminates all franchise restaurants in the state without compensation for the restaurant franchise owner, it creates an unelected council of political appointees who will have authority to set wages and working co ditions for every restaurant in the state (owners have no say), and all franchises are now owned by the corporate franchise itself so the corporation can be sued.

It's happening North of the border in Canada too. Major cities like Vancouver have gone noticeably downhill. Homelessness & drug addiction are a growing problem our governments have failed to address.
Our local government can afford to blow 4 bil on a subway for rich land developers but can't seem to find 1 or 2 bil to fix up skid row.
