Wish I could. Legally, I mean; I can drive, functionally, but only rather compact vehicles. Ain't exactly got stellar depth perception, so big ol' honkin' boat-ass barges are a hard 'No'; but compact and subcompact vehicles don't present as much of a problem.

Used to drive a Polaris Ranger with no trouble at all.

One of the biggest downsides of a town as small as Holbrook is also one of its biggest benefits -- the 'authorities', such as they are here, don't much give a shit about what goes on unless you cause an all-out catastrophe. We go mofos here riding around on 3-wheeler and 4-wheeler ATVs; no plates, no licenses, (most likely) no insurance -- and nobody gives a hint of a shit unless the bozos crash into something/someone while doing it.

Hook me up with a Polaris Expedition Northface, I'd ride in style and, so long as I don't crash it, nobody would even pull me over.

Now, I know: On paper, that isn't how it ought to be. But in practice, that's how it is up here.

I know that. What I'm pointing out is that in this derpy-ass little town, driver's licenses aren't as strictly insisted upon as they ought to be.

We're maybe 1-3 miles from the Rez, and a lot of the braves and squaws on the Rez aren't packing licenses. So enforcement on that point here in town is... maaaaybe not exactly as tight as you might expect.

I was going to say that if you caused an accident and injured or killed someone you could get sued and have to give up a big chunk of your assets and then I realized that you don't have anything to worry about.
