Sorry, I'm not trying to be derisive, but I used to work with children with disabilities & I read their 'rap sheets' provided by the local school board. So I got an idea what the behavioural symptoms were and how to identify them.

By no means am I an expert, but I'm at least somewhat aware after observing those afflicted with such traits.
