I can't bring myself to saying God Save the King just yet. I am in deep grief but listening to the ABC 24 and all the great comments about how much loved and respected our dear Queen and still is cheering me somewhat.

This is big.. this is huge. AND this is even bigger than Diana's passing was and that was a shock.

This is a shock too because we didn't know she had bone cancer...not until after she died.

A tragic, tragic day. We grew up with the Queens portrait in the classrooms and singing God Save the Queen at assembly. That was Bicton Primary School in the 60s and 70s... rest in peace Your Majesty

My aunty got up at 11 am this morning to turn on the TV and this tragedy was on the news. My aunty was crying for 3 hours before I rang her. She said she burst into tears and couldn't stop every time that picture of the Queen and Pr Philip looking at each other smiling was shown.

I told her I was the first to hear about it among us all... thanks to me clicking on Jesus Enriquo Rosas and then Lady C.

The Queen was BBQing with her hubby and friends in NSW in the Australian bush overlooking a river when a speed boat FULL of people show up calling out, "the Queen is supposed to be here, have you seen her?".... "Yes, yes," the Queen said, "they're down the river somewhere," and they shot off in the direction the Queen pointed them... THEY didn't recognize they were talking to the Queen already.

I am very tired but when I listened to Rosas he said go be with someone if you are down and of course hearing about the Queen's bone cancer from Lady C devastated me so I thought I would come online for moral support which Reaper gave me.

That was a good video to watch Cask.I just hope that attention whore Meghan Markle does the right thing and stays away from the funeral.She is not wanted in the UK and the majority here hate her.And I'll never forgive her for the stress and pressure that pos put the Queen under at her old age.I think it's disgusting what she said about the royal family.And it was all done to sell her brand.

One thing that does warm my heart though has been the show of support and sympathy from the rest of the world.They have all called her `The Queen`.Not the Queen of Great Britain or the commonwealth but just the Queen.I find that to be beautiful and a great show of respect.

The outpouring of grief from all the commonwealth and some of the USA is very telling. People held her in high regard and she worked right up until she died. Just amazing. Stoic and brave hearted right to the end!~

The was a Jehovah's Witness mother of 10 in Fremantle that looked like the MIRROR image of the Queen. It was UNCANNY.

I saw that story. Without her flash jewelry and gowns she did look like our aunties or nannas and that is another reason why we feel close to her but when she was younger, she was a knockout good looker.

When she came to Perth a few years back all the 5 and 6 year old school kids who met her on a picnic said she was BEAUTIFUL. I had never heard little kids declare a woman of 85 as beautiful.
