GIMP is the easiest photoshopping tool out there if you actually want to chop photos instead of having an app do all the work. It basically does the work for you now.
And it's all free.
Chopping isn't what it was back in the day where you had to do that shit manually.

GIMP? Yeah but download everything not just the program. If you have a touch screen computer or tablet you pretty much can chop anything unless you have MS or something.
Reface is an app. Idk how much I paid for it but it's like 20 bucks after a trail. They just don't update new content as much as 20 bucks should get you. You can upload stuff but the program hardly recognizes it.
