No establishment will hire a racist to be a bouncer. The first sign of any racially charged situation he’s gone. No company is going to put up with that type of shit and have lawsuits.

Any kind of altercation is recorded with police. It’s mandatory. If he has a history of starting shit with ppl of color the police would have him fired.
