About 250 dollars a month.

Only places with that cheap /low a rent where I live is government housing. A person either has to be on welfare, old age pension, disability or social assistance. They give preference to mothers with young children

Well I live in a country with a much lower gdp. I would say this is a bit above average for here.

The only problem is....what has replaced it is twice as expensive to rent as what got torn down. So the tenants who got evicted have nowhere to go.
