I got lentil soup simmering and I'm sitting down for a minute reading with my itty bitty wonder kitty in my lap ♡♡♡♡
Speaking of kitties, I dont know what to do. Other day, this stray cat I been taking care of, run up under my Jeep as I was pulling in. Fucker hollered, evidently run over his back leg or some shit. He limping, it looks a tad swollen, but not broken, but dont know. I aint got the money to be fixin his dumb ass, ugh, lil fucker. Fuck! FUCK!
Surrender him to the Humane Society. Quickly too because now he is vulnerable and in pain. If you surrender him, you just need to give a donation. I think they take pet food if you dont want to give money. You would have to call ahead and ask.
They will fix him up and find him a home.
If you want to keep him, Humane Society vet care prices are excellent and in my experience....so are the vets. I have cats so my vet is a cat specialist, but I always use the Humane Society for sterilization, shots and microchips because the care is wonderful and the price is much lower.
Poor kitty!
Inhumane society, theyll just put the cat down , Id say go on facebook and find a no kill rescue but "facebooks the devil.. yadda yadda"
Humane society doesnt put animals down. Unless they are suffering. It's a no kill shelter.
The SPCA is fucking horrid though.
Im not fond of any of the "animal shelters and help" around here locally.
One of my ex's dreams, was to have an animal shelter. Her and I both always wanna save all the animals lol. So if I win the lotto, Im still gonna make it happen for her. Guess I need to play the lotto lol.
I actually contributed to getting an animal shelter for some animals an hour down the road. Local musicians put on a show and we raised funds. Took a couple years of doing it twice a year, but they have homes now! Before they were in a rented space, with a shitty landlord.
Kitty seems better today, wasnt limping as bad. Im really hoping it was jus muscle damage. I gave him lots of love when I got home, he purred and gave me many Eskimo kisses lol. He knows the sound of my Jeep and always comes. Its what got the fucker, got too close. Im "thinking" he did that lean/stretch thing at the wrong moment, its the only way I can think of how I got his leg how I did. He was lucky it was the rear tire, cause the front pretty heavy, and the back much lighter. Ugh, wish I had Superman vision and could see through his leg lol.
