I have the interior ripped out of my 1967 Chevy Corvair, I was showing my nephew where we had cut out rusted sheet metal and replaced it with replacement parts made to the original OEM specs... We found water had seeped through the original windshield seals so those have to be replaced. Once that is done I have reproduction new interior parts to install. My nephew said he'd install them for $500 and I know he needs the money since he has a wife and two babies (ages 4 and less than 1 year).

I figure I will get the windshield gaskets replaced then let him loose on installing the new interior. Longer term I want to replace the original 140 he flat six motor with a 3l four carb set up I have in my garage but want to do a rebuild on the 3l flat six motor before I install it. It should be good for 250 he at least which would be OK mated to the original 4 speed manual.

Just ate fried salmon patties and 2 big bowls of pinto beans, damn they were good. I saved the ham bone from Christmas, with some pieces of meat still on it, it cooked in the beans. The bone gives it so much flavor. The beans cooked for 17 hours, slow and low.

I hope your toilet is sturdy enough to withstand the imminent damage...

I thought it was going to be bad, at least some lofty farts, but no, just a normal day dropping the kids off at the pool. lol

Our cat is dying tonight.. or in the next few.

Won't eat her fancy tins, won't eat streaky bacon...hides in the corner...doesn't want to blink.

I put her on my wife's lap and she just purrs. Have given her my patented kitty rapture finger nub/cheek scratch ensemble and she takes it without blinking...only upstretched neck.

I'm going to miss terrorising her when she fucks up...

He not even mine lol. Damn neighbor tossed him out last winter. He was scrawny then. I fattened him up a lil, he like Beefcake now lol. I aint got no money for his ass, but I do have a heart, and its tugging at me heart strings to take him, and put the charge on a CareCredit card.

He walking on it a lil better now, but still limping, I can tell it hurts him some. Took a tad of his fur off at the ankle. Thats what got run over. Seems some of the swelling went down too, which makes it even harder to tell if he just got some muscle damage or bone. Lord I hope its not bone. If it aint bone he can just toughen up and Man up and take his stupid ass wounds lol.

...no use telling her in the morning as she wakes up and has to go to school.

Had to describe kitty heaven to our daughter so she could get back to sleep... you know... a sardine on every beach, no wet paws, an unwashed pillow that kitty can always lay and smell her essence on and would never get whacked with...

I hate to say it, but we're going to let our daughter pick out a kitten... lol

I dont think the local pet shelter does that kind of thing. They usually refer us to this one place. I might call my vet and see what they say later.
