We just ours checked out and the unit is sinking into the damn ground.
It costs 4k to relocate it. It was installed a very long time ago and wasn't placed properly. So I'm going to clear out that whole area, we going to get bags of gravel and put gravel down there and fill in where it's sinking and milk some more years out of it.

It can be more than $10k to get a new one in. It's worth the effort to shore it up.
Yesterday it got fixed, thank goodness. We were doing okay by keeping blinds and drapes closed during the day. But it won't work for the really hot months here, July, August and Sept.

I think that's happening in a lot of places that the American retiree class with lots of money, in relation to what citizens of those countries have, are retiring. It's a shame, it really is.

hitting the road for the morning most of the day. be in the Orillia area for the morning, hit Casino Rama in the afternoon, hit the Simcoe waters to cool down, dinner with family, and be back later on some time tonight in T dot.

Casino? lost 400 in the first hour. Gained it and a lil more back the next two. Simcoe where I was at? piss warm water in a scorching day no breeze in sight but my friend that was on another part of the lake earlier in the morning the water was freezing cold. Like What the fuck?? As for the dinner?? just burgers, hot dogs, and lots of beer. Good shit and times. I still don't know how I drove back home safely LMAO. Had a major buzz when I was on my way home
