What's your timeframe? I eat 1200 calories about 830 am and another 400 about 6pm

I should probably keep track of total calorie intake but I've just been doing coffee in the AM and a decent meal around 7 PM. Definitely in a calorie deficit though.

I get some calories with my morning coffee but yeah the bulk is in the dinner. The carb cravings are manageable. All just a short term reset. Coming out of it helps my body feel full from small portions throughout the day while protein dosing.
