Just pour batter over snausages in hot pan or dish then give about 115 to 20 mins. easy comfort food.
I wouldn't have bothered with the oven chips but the chicken thighs hadn't thawed out so change of plan.

Made a chicken Vindaloo from scratch, boiled basmati rice and a bit of mango chutney. Added a small onion and some mushrooms which dont go in it traditionally but gives me enough sauce for another curry monday or tuesday.
