It's Sunday, give it time. Yeah, I put a nice rub on my ribs and let them marinate for a few hours before I put them in the oven.

Hey Sea. I just wing it. Today I used sea salt, ground pepper, a rosemary, garlic and seas salt mix and a handful of Tuscan heat spices, then I doused everything in Sweet Baby Rays. Then into the oven at 300º for about 3 hrs - then it's rib snarfing time.
