Hey Sea. I just wing it. Today I used sea salt, ground pepper, a rosemary, garlic and seas salt mix and a handful of Tuscan heat spices, then I doused everything in Sweet Baby Rays. Then into the oven at 300º for about 3 hrs - then it's rib snarfing time.
 
I sometimes suspect there's a secret subforum on this board where Lily, Admin, and LotusBud don't even discuss anything; they just hang out in there and agree with each other.
