Frozen peas or mushy peas?

Occasionally I make a pie floater. They sell tins of imported UK mushy peas in our international sections of our supermarkets... and a dozen of other UK staples.... most of it is Asian.

I might defrost some midloin lamb chops for tonight before the deep freezer swallows and hides them forever. I love chest freezers but.... they do that often.

Frozen. I live a minutes walk or less from the chippy(About 80 yards) so can do either. Had a bag of Frozen so thats what it is.

Tonight making chilli con carne and going to dump it on jacket potatoes, with maybe a bit of cheese.

I got these ribs without the bones from the butcher. So I'm slow cooking them. Theyve been slow cooking since 8am

I put jalapeños and Chipotle peppers in there. I'll remove them and brush them down with BBQ sauce. I personally rarely if ever eat pork but the man loves any sort of ribs and anything for him ♡

I'll probably cut up some sweet potatos and golden potatos and make some roasted "fries" with some sea salt and parmesian and I made some homemade coleslaw.

This again but am swapping the bread with some either Portuguese or Brazil bread and Im swapping out cheese curd for some softer Brazilian cheese curd for medicated poutine
