I’m not a doctor or expert, just very curious. But what are your symptoms when this happens? Are they completely and totally random or provoked? Sorry if you already answered those questions.
Anxiety, feels like my heart might explode and I might die. TV static in my head, all I can see is static unless I go unconscious. Then I dream and can feel my body twitch. As I come out of it, my head feels pressure and pain. I grab my temples, and it doesn't help the pain. Other times I drop like a rock with no warning, dream, and wake up wondering wtf.

What is the frequency of these events? Have you checked your blood pressure when one of these episodes is happening?

Sometimes I'll be dozing off and suddenly feel like I just fell off something and hit the ground hard. I feel conscious but am aware this is lucid dreaming/altered state. In this state I can do anything, float, fly travel fast, etc. In one of these dreamstates I floated to the outer atmosphere of the earth and all I could hear were bells.

Then I'm back in my body, except I can't move anything. Completely unresponsive. I struggle to move and then go back to sleep.

When I wake up I'm sore and stiff all over and have a banger of a headache.

Sleep paralysis? I’ve had something like that but it’s usually accompanied with a feel of dread/fear and I’m having a nightmare

The paralysis is terrifying, except I can breathe. The rest is interesting, especially the lucid dreaming. The feeling of hitting the ground that starts it is accompanied by a "buffeting" feeling....like i'm being pushed around hard by something and cant control the force of the movement.

On the positive side, it’s normal. The brain is weird, But it’s nothing to worry about
