Marijuana is STILL a Schedule 1 substance Federally. It's not "legal" at all. You can still be arrested for it by any Federal agent for ANY reason. Many states have overidden the Fed on this but you get in an airplane or smoke in public or in your car and you can still be arrested in ANY state.

Whomever posted different doesn't have a clue what they're talking about.
