I just made a complete pig of myself with fried pork skins and ceviche. It was supposed to be a light snack food but some where along the way I decided "fuck it, this will be my dinner." The rest of the family wanted hamburgers so they went out to get some.

Im running behind with dinner, but Stuffed Pepper Soup almost done, with French bread.

Family came back. It seems my wife took the two boys to Beef 'N Bun which is a local one location burger joint which is a nice step up from fast food quality wise. They still have a drive through though and their shakes are kick ass. It seems the 16 year old got the Monster burger (triple cheese burger) with curly fries and a straw berry shake. My wife and 10 year old just got the regular cheese burger combos.

I have to say I do like their house made pickles, the hand made shakes, and how they try to do things a little different like offer small soda companies a chance to sell their stuff in their restaurant. They seem to rotate which sodas are on offer.
