If they're gonna keep it then just say that only those who entered legally on proper visas are entitled to it. That would sort the riff raff from those qualified to enter our countries.

Bottom line - Biden in many ways is just a guy with a nicer smile than Trump. BIden won't lock them in cages, but he's resumed the deportations & adopted at least some of Trump's policies. So he might appear lenient but he isn't that much more than Trump. Trump throws em out with a snarl. But Biden does it with a smile.
