We should be on DSL all year. I hate when it gets dark so early. Clock time is a complete human construct anyway, so why not make it an hour later all year long?

Yeah Oregon too, there is a lot involved, National and International Transportation, Media(check local listings for time etc), Scientific schedules for one.
