We are blessed with a fabulous climate.

With the weather you got where you live practically nobody in California should be fat or overweight.

Overweight and obesity is 70-80% diet and only 20-30% exercise.

As our bodies get older, our cells die and our metabolism slows down. Each body is different. What may work for your flabby and infirmed "body," may not work for others. With that being said, a few things about your statement strike me as odd.

Firstly, as we age our bodies are in all kind of sub atomic flux. When you said you were younger you were prone to gain more weight. Now, older and bald, you're finding that you don't gain weight as when you were "younger." Naturally, you could just be experiencing never having to go on a diet in your (Age Bracket). Or if this has just started happening or has been within the last 3-5 years, then I would suggest you see your primary G.P. and have a look-see to see if there are any abnormalities in your bloodwork or urine/stool samples.I am not a doctor, but I do watch alot of Grays Anatomy.

Secondly, is your sure fire way to burn off the pounds. In my experience, I know from first hand knowledge that exercising and a good cardio workout are keys to shedding pounds and keeping them off. Our bodies are like temples, through the daily dose of working out, we train our muscles and the rest of our anatomy to get stronger not lethargic. The only other thing you could be talking about is crack cocaine and methamphetamines. The only way to look good is having a light daily workout routine and cutting out all those bad habits like smoking and drinking. Having a good nutritional diet helps as well.

Plus, what we eat is bad for us. For a 1st world country, the USA does use alot of dyes, high fructose corn syrup, sugars and "artificial flavoring." Not to mention the Genetic Modifications made to all if not most of the produce being sold to the general consumer. So, watching what you eat plays a big role in your overall chances of looking like a runway model.

You probably knew all of this already, but I feel that some people think there is a magic pill to keep them slim AND healthy.

2. Go for a walk/run for at least 2 miles shortly after.

3. Exercise throughout the day.

4. Eat organic foods such as almonds fish/salmon fruit vegetables & other healthy foods.

5. Cut out the sugar and fats like oil and butter.

Key info: The trick is to flush the fat out in the body over time.

A person may not see results for 2 or even 3 months. But as the fat is flushed outta the body, then a person's weight should start to drop.

And it will drop dramatically.

But they have to exercise rigorously too.

Cycling, walking long distances or jogging preferably in warm weather is ideal.

Anyways that's my method and it worked..

But it's also a no fun diet too.

Gotta have discipline to stick to it and stay away from junk food.

I make my own chips mostly and you can make vegan desserts that are awesome.

When you say Chips do you mean Fries or Orisps?

Fries are easy to make healthy. I have an air fryer and there's very little added fat/oil in anything I 'Deep Fry'.

Crisps are a different kettle of fish though and you can't really make them at home without deep frying and you'd have a higher fat content than store bought but without any preservatives etc.

Doing things this way would ensure that although you may not be preserved you would be a chubby cunt with grease seeping through one's pores. Hi Flea.

Essentially a 'de-greaser'

Get the grease and gunk stored in a person's body naturally.

Other thing that is good is acai Berry extract. Just a teaspoon in a smoothy.

Meat and dairy products are fattening so cut them out too.Substitute them with low fat seafood and baked not fried in an oven.

No hamburgers fries.

Stay away from fast food joints.

Just eat natural foods.

Joe, I had a procedure done that sucked fat out my abdomen and inserted it in my behind. I watch what I eat so I don’t gain that fat back in my abdomen. Nobody said I was obese:facepalm:
