@The Prowler, here's my method.
1. Make fresh fruit+vegetable juices every morning in a blender. Then consume them right away.
2. Go for a walk/run for at least 2 miles shortly after.
3. Exercise throughout the day.
4. Eat organic foods such as almonds fish/salmon fruit vegetables & other healthy foods.
5. Cut out the sugar and fats like oil and butter.
Key info: The trick is to flush the fat out in the body over time.
A person may not see results for 2 or even 3 months. But as the fat is flushed outta the body, then a person's weight should start to drop.
And it will drop dramatically.
But they have to exercise rigorously too.
Cycling, walking long distances or jogging preferably in warm weather is ideal.
Anyways that's my method and it worked..
But it's also a no fun diet too.
Gotta have discipline to stick to it and stay away from junk food.
