Round 1 of the debate I won at home: She is no more lenient than anyone else. She was on a bipartisan sentencing commission.

She sentenced him to 3 months for a PAROLE violation, not rape. The prosecutors wanted 6 months. He did get out and molest again. I postulate that he would molest a child upon being released after the entire 6 months of serving time for the parole violation.
She has been smeared and her record twisted by partisan hacks that are looking to see their donor dollars increase...it's campaign time all the time...
