Having weird issues with my PC

Not sure whether I've been hacked or have a rogue app manipulating my PC but my shell keeps opening and my browsers keep crashing..

I have precautions in effect that will stop my PC from communicating outside my permissions but feel I may have some entity making attempts..

So my PC is off until I check my ports..

I don't use anti- virus so I will face this shit head on

Yep, almost became a victim when I got an email from an address that was similar to my bank. I realized it was a scam when they asked for the routing number. I mean, how can the bank need their routing number? I was born at night, but not last night.
