Slow cooked silverside sandwiches with a crusty french roll, swiss, mustard, diced cabbage, carrot, and pickles. Plus whatever else they want to make for dinner for themselves. I draw the line at cooking the core shit but I'll make available to them the easy shit to go along with it (frozen chips, vegetables, et cetera) I'm a bloke.... not their bitch. Modern bitches would starve to death without us lads and that's a sad statement for me to have to make.

I just had a protein smoothie. It has a banana, some blueberries, a strawberry/blueberry/kale frozen mix, a scoop of protein, two tablespoons of milled flax and chia, two scoops of collagen, fiber, hemp hearts.
And for dinner....steak bites, roasted sweet potatoes and avocado salad.

That is NOT a Reuben.

I saw @Fredricka talking about cooking Snausages, she didn't say what with, probably ate them out the pan wrapped in a slice of bread. Tesco value type, all nice and sawdusty.
I had jacket potato with prawns in Mary Rose sauce(Yes fred that is like the "prawn sauce" you buy in a bottle from Aldi), with salad and some sweetcorn,.
Depends if you're on the coasts or are in the Midwest.
