Many coffee growers are actually keeping a few bee colonies in their lands Break, but the honey they produce from coffee flowers has nothing special. Eucalyptus honey on the other hand, is awesome.

Coffee gets that distinct flavor and smell only after it's roasted. Ripe coffee before being roasted is sweet, you can fill your mouth with it and it's just sweet like sugar

@RANCIDMILKO ™ ®© yeah I guess the roasted coffee bean is nothing like the flavour of the pollen. In Australia there are heaps of different species of Eucalyptus. Plus the nectar is so rich that you can lick the flowers themselves and taste the sweetness.
