I made cocido/caldo de res for dinner...mmmhmmm, with all the accoutrements...cilantro, lime, thinly sliced jalanpenos and "Spanish" rice
 
They don't really have a menu, so you point at which meat you want. Then you turn around and tell the cashier, who only speaks Spanish what you want and pay for it, then turn around and give the slip to the hard working women, and BAM! There it is...
