Hiking here in woods is usually difficult, lots of thorns and ground plants

Even those small patches of woods you see in the pic are full of low shrubs that make it hard to open a trail into

I’ll probably end up buying a lot that’s on an undeveloped grid, pay that for a while and then dump a pre-manufactured home and dig the pool/jacuzzi until I can afford to build a main house.
