so like the rice I made in the rice cooked, seasoned with adobo and love, the vegetables I just opened a bag of and put int he center oa pan, then I put 1/8th of a cup of oil on the bottom of the pan, garlic and b utter on the vegetables and salt and pepper ont he fish
