I wish. I quit drinking coffee a while ago. I now drink tea which has less caffeine. Don't just assume that I'm always raging with my words. lol

Yes, coffee generally has more caffeine than tea, but the exact amount depends on the type of coffee and tea and how it's prepared. Caffeine levels in coffee and tea Coffee A regular brewed cup of coffee contains between 95–200 milligrams of caffeine. Espresso and instant coffee have less caffeine. Black tea An 8-ounce cup of black tea contains around 50 milligrams of caffeine. Green tea An 8-ounce cup of green tea contains around 30 milligrams of caffeine.
