Red would be idiotic considering how hard insurance would hit you for that color, but I'd go for either blue-tinted silver or just go full stupid with aquamarine.

I seriously considered both choices of red...Torch red (for about 5 minutes) and the darker red metallic (which was my top choice for probably a few months)....

Red is too cliche for a sports car for my taste. White is just... WTF, *why.* And, no, I'm talking about color choices for any car. If I won the PowerBall, I'd snap up a 1946 Ford Coupe, modernized and restomodded like that 'vette Jack showed off. Power everything, smoothed and trimmed but keeping the split-window and high-roof aesthetic.
