My ‘Mexican pulled beef’ thingy is pretty good, those peppers make amazing flavour

I shredded the beef but it on a corn tortilla and dip it in the juice so good with lots of cilantro

I’m on a Mexican food kick tomorrow I’ll try some chicken dish

I boiled the onions tomatoes and various spices together poured that onto a blender and liquified it and poured it into the seared beef with beef stock mixed and cooked it for 3 hours
