I'm 5'6" and about 215. Mostly muscle, though I will admit that there's more padding on it than I'd like. I eat seldom and healthy, and get plenty of exercise. Just not the greatest genes where ageing is concerned.

I’m still a little fleshy from the last couple years I’m 6’3” and about 230. Tomorrow I am going to make my award winning Beef Stew, I’ll prolly balloon back up to my pro wrestling weight of 375 because I really like a good stew. C’est la vie, que sera sera

I eat when I'm hungry. I do make a kick ass lasagna though. And my Italian Beefs are world fucking famous. I made a minestrone last week and still have some leftovers in my fridge.

In my 20s, I weighed a buck forty soaking wet. A good stiff breeze could knock me over -- I never used an umbrella because I didn't want to go airborne. These days I could bulldog a steer into the dirt. I like having a little heft much more than I liked being scrawny. lol
