Yes, Rancy, some entrepreneur could make a lot of money with clean fish farming. The UC schools, I think San Diego have been experimenting with clean fish farming. A lot of current practices are fairly dirty as fish care caught up along the coast behind nets.

now they're in the apt and the pup is having to learn some boundaries from the older dog

These experiments put fish in huge, I mean huge, balls and the fish are caught inside, but get to swim along in the sea in more natural patterns. They're not caught up eating their own waste.
