Arizona Mexican is plenty authentic. There was a span back in the early Oughties where the one on Apache in Tempe shut down three or four times in as many months because their cooks kept getting deported. That's pretty fuckin' authentic. lol

God, it's making me miss Mexican food so much thinking of those tacos. There was also a great mom and pop Mexican restaurant in Santa Monica, but I'm pretty sure it was gone the only time I've been back there. The techies have decimated Santa Monica. It's depressing.
