Nah... yeah...maybe. but more so because I grilled sammies and made hot wraps which blew their minds. I know this because of the efforts to secure certain spices and fresh ingredients which were all but non existent or known.

I had to even show my gf and her sister (along with sister's bf at the time) how to perfectly peel an avocado with a butterknife and slice in the half shell because they were raised to peel avocado skins with a paring knife like they were taught to skin a tomato.
